Privity Credit is a leading private credit fund manager focused on direct lending to Australian and New Zealand corporates.
Our team has a combined 100+ years of professional experience sourcing, originating, executing and then managing structured loans for mid-market and institutional debt markets across Australia and New Zealand and international markets.
We lend to corporates who value a lender who takes the time to understand their value proposition. Loan size varies from $5m to $50m and are available on a short or medium-term basis.

Our investment professionals spend a significant amount of time with management teams. We get to know the underlying businesses to provide a thoughtful and bespoke financing solutions appropriate for each individual borrower’s specific needs. Our lending strategies underwrite funding for ongoing operations, business expansion, corporate acquisitions, management and leveraged buyouts, together with refinancing. We lend across the credit spectrum, covering both asset-backed and cashflow transactions.
