BAU or Passe? What’s in store next for private credit?

The conversation in private credit is shifting as the market raises the bar on quality, structures, governance and disclosures.

At the AIMA Australia Annual Forum, Privity’s Atiya Habib was part of the panel that covered:

• How specialisation is becoming an edge in private credit for investors and borrowers
• Australia’s $16bn ABS market which offers scale and structure, with Privity expanding its originating, structuring and funding offerings to meet the demand
• Changing investor expectations around transparency, reporting cadence, fee alignment and governance and how private credit managers are responding.
